Enugu, Nigeria, February 1, 2024 – RedAid Nigeria is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. Daniel Egbule as our new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Dr. Egbule brings a wealth of experience to our organization, having most recently served as the Senior Program Manager/Team Lead for the Nasarawa Cluster at KNCV Nigeria (USAID TB LON Regions 1&2 Project) from April 2020 to January 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Abia State University, Abia State, and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom.
Dr. Egbule’s extensive background in health policy, leadership, governance, and health systems strengthening positions him as a leading authority in programming for Leprosy, TB, HIV/AIDS, NTDs, and Universal health coverage. His dedication to capacity building and effective programming in health is evident from his leadership roles in various capacities.
