Family and Work

Family and Work

“Sometimes I work on the weekends, because once a patient needs attention, it usually cannot wait. But being dedicated to my job does not affect my dedication to my family. I find a way to marry the two responsibilities together. They both get 50-50 of my attention. I have six daughters and several grandchildren whom I have to make that their needs are met before I leave for any field visits that I have to make. Not a lot of people can do that. As women, we are home builders. God has equipped us specially to handle these things

Being dedicated to one’s job should not jeopardize all other things that need to be done. If you are ever in a fix, then you have to prioritize; for me, the family comes first. Every other thing will have to be sorted out somehow”
